Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deorodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached in the original packaging. We do not do refunds orrexchanges. We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.When returning, we recommand using a traceable service such as UPS flat rate shipping. please also remember that you are responsible for return shipping charges.
To exchange an article, please follow the procedure notified above and accompany your package with a check for 6 euros to Naopolewear, for France, in order to make the new delivery of your article in exchange. For all other countries, contact us by email.
