NAO Polewear wants to provide you a happy shopping experience and quality customer service. If for one reason or another,   you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your order easily. Here are the steps to return or exchange your product easily.

 

Return your product :

Exchanging my product for another item or NAO Polewear outfit. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item for another item or NAO Polewear outfit.

Product Refund. You have 14 days from delivery to return your item. We will be refunded by bank transfer as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days following the date on which the withdrawal right has been exercised

 

Guide for Exchanges and Returns : 

The items you return must be new, intact and in their original condition, in perfect condition for resale.  Items must be tried with underwear.  Accessories should include all parts and must be intact.   Sports clothing must be returned unworn. As a hygienic measure, all returns not respecting this procedure may not be refunded. So the underwear should be returned to us unsealed and unused, otherwise the repayment will not be made. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to take action against you for compensation.
